Where you can and can't smoke

England smoking ban is planned to be introduce on July 1. This becomes a very stringent policy that very often suffers new changes and introductions. This situation creates confusions for smoking people who still are not introduced with the final variant of smoking restrictions.

Last constraint that was introduced was ?80 fine for dropping a cigarette butt in street, along with another ?50 if it would be applied to those that light up a tobacco product in public places. As it was sustained, introducing of fines doesn’t have in its essence a financial aspiration, it is more about education.

It was estimated that in England there are around 10 million smokers. So, it is a very important topic to acknowledge them about the definite policy of veto o cigarette usage, at least with those that were stabled definitely.

Thus, you can smoke on sport stadiums if there is no roof, and consequently no if it is stadium of any Football League club. It is prohibited in office if you are visited by your colleagues and you are free to do this if only you work there.

And now, come most interesting. You are completely not allowed to light up in cigar clubs, pubs and restaurants, except for outside.

What about specialist tobacco shops, you can smoke only for sampling tobacco, other variant is not accepted.

And finally, on bus stops smoking is free if it has no sides and not allowed if it has sides and a roof.

If you will ignore these stabled restrictions, ever person will be fined at least with ?50.
