Thanked voyage for ITC workers

Employees of International Tobacco and Cigarette Company (ITC) recently were regarded with a two day trip on the coastal city of Aqaba for its hard work that helped company to grow to towering status that it get now.

Participants along with recreation also had practiced diverse actions and brainstormed on different ideas to gain market share and expand their marketing campaigns. This trip put up closer relations among each other that it is very important for a future prosperity of Tobacco Company, because a united team tendered more well-being work.

It can be asserted that not every company offer such great presents for its workers. It is welcomed to combine such opportunities of developing future plans within a trip where all workers are together.

Mr. Samer Fakhouri, General Manager of ITC, speaking about the Aqaba trip, said: “We at ITC believe in the power of social interaction, and we feel that strong internal ties help foster healthy work environments. It is our phenomenal working environment that in turn helps promote advancement for our firm, for I and the rest of ITC's administration don't see anyone on our team as a mere employee but rather as a member of our expanding ITC family. It is with this outlook that has governed all the social activities we organize at ITC, and the positive outcomes from this year's Aqaba trip only inspire us to plan many more for the future”.

In his words can be felt a real care and sustain for its workers that for sure had been delighted by such beautiful trip.

Also, Mr. Fakhouri added: “These trips are our humble way of thanking everyone on the ITC team for their ongoing efforts. Their efforts are the force steering the firm forward towards further advancement and prosperity. We fully acknowledge that we wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for our powerful team. In a market governed by ongoing competition and change, our firm has managed to maintain a pioneering position, and once again we have our team and their genuine loyalty to thank for that.”

It is significant to mention that excursion on coastal city of Aqaba isn’t first trip that International Tobacco and Cigarette Company organized for its employees and for future it is planed to continue different activities for its team members.

Everything that can be added to this event is optimistic hope that other companies and firms this follow this example.
